Patient and Public Advisory Group

About

The Patient and Public Advisory Group (PPAG) serves as the vital link between the National Audit of Headache Disorders and the wider community of people affected by headache disorders. Beyond providing governance, we work closely with the PPAG to ensure that the National Audit of Headache Disorders reflects what truly matters to people living with headache disorders, including migraine. The group is made up of people who are affected by headache disorders and share their experiences and perspectives to guide how the Audit is designed, explained, and promoted. PPAG members help review patient-facing information, including recruitment materials and the MyHeadache app, to ensure it is clear, inclusive, and easy to understand. They also help us reach a wide and diverse range of people, to ensure that recruitment for the Audit is inclusive, representative, and reaches underserved populations who may not traditionally engage with such projects.

If you are interested in using your experience to help improve headache care and shape future Audit reports and activities, we warmly invite you to join the Patient Advisory Group by completing the relevant form below.
